Abstrak
:
The
purposes of this research to get the data and information about factory
activities PT. Family Raya in Gurun
Laweh Urban
Lubuk Begalung
District Padang
City, from: 1) society
perseption, 2) circles impact
(AMDAL), 3) factory strategy, 4) factory strategy interaction with society. The
type of this research in desriptive quatitatative. Research population are
society and employee of PT. Family Raya in Gurun Laweh
Urban Lubuk
Begalung District
Padang City.
The participants of this research are 112 respondents. By using technique
judgement sampling. The melt of this research are 1) The activities of factory
PT. Family Raya based on society perseption good enough clssified with the
persentase 66,02%, it means the factory don’t disturb the society from factory
activities PT. Family Raya. Employee perseption good enough clssified with
persentase 71,86%, it means the factory don’t disturb the employee with factory
activities. 2) Factory activities from circles impact of PT. Family Raya, the
society less good clssified with the persentase 57,26%, it means the society
comforfable with the circles. Circles impact of employee less good clssified
with persentase 64,10%. The factory hied to cycle the waste of factory to be
clean water and can useful by the sciety every day. 3) The factory activities
PT. Family Raya can see from factory strategy with the society less good
classified with persentase 64,10%. It means the society opinions the factory
can inerease society economy. Factory strategy with the employee good enough
classified with persentase 75,53%. It means the employee comforfable to work
and it can produce maximal performance. 4) The factory activities PT. Family
Raya look from factory strategy interaction with society good enough classified
with persentase 66,41%. It means the society receive information about factory
activities and can to mey the information if do not sustable with they want.
Factory strategy interaction with the employee good enough classified with
persentase 68,71%. It means the factory receive the feed back that convey from
society about factory activities.
